55hp Solo Monk

This is a great build and as u know i use it a lot, u can use it to solo the trolls near Droks, solo The Falls (Totem Axe), dual in Fisure of Woe and the best of all solo Underworld, this is how it works:
As the name says ull have 55hp, u get this by having 5 Superior runes (one of each with one extra to bring your health down to 105) and the -50hp Cesta from the Citys of Ascalon quest. Once u have 55hp when u use Protective Spirit (u only take 10% of ur max hp) ull be taking a max of 5hp dmg per hit.

Prof: Mo/any

Attributes:
Healing Prayers 10 + 3
Smiting Prayers 11 + 3 + 1
Protection Prayers 8 + 3
Divine Favor 6 + 3

Equipment:
Any 20% of Enchanting, preferably with extra energy. A Totem Axe or Rajazan's Fervor is ideal.
The off-hand item is the -50 Grim Cesta obtained via the Cities of Ascalon quest.
Ascetic's Armor offers the most energy which is beneficial to this build, all armor pieces have to have Monk superior runes: one of each with one extra.

Skills:



Usage:
Cast the first 4 enchantments before the fight. You won't have any energy regeneration, so use Blessed Signet to regain energy out of combat.
Before aggroing mobs, cast Protective Spirit. You should not need Healing Breeze unless you have more than 3 foes that cannot be knocked down (such as hydras), or 5 that can be knocked down (such as forgotten).
The energy gained from Essence Bond and Balthazar's Spirit should be more than enough for all situations.
When you finished agroing use Shield of Judgment.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but you said "Mo/any" so, why can't you use a mesmer skill to get energy from the enemy? Seems more efficient than having to get it all yourself.

Note the "...out of combat.", in combat ull get energy from Balthazar's Spirit and Essence Bond (u get +1 energy when ever u get hit) thus theres no need for any Mesmer skill, however i use Mo/Me to put in Arcane Echo (double Shield of Judgement) and take out Blessed Aura.

You need to think of a way to counteract the upgrade they installed because it's like anti 55hp!

55 was good.Still good but not good has before. Damn that update SUKS. Now the enemys normaly run from us when we cast a spell

Ok so now this is how the counter-update works:

1) u need to be a Mo/W;
2) insted of blessed aura have Bonattis Defence;
3) with the Trolls do the normal things, if they inturup u use Bonnetis and then when they run from u just hit them once and they start attacking u again.
4) in Uw the update has been removed from the Bladed Ataaxes. So just use the normal build.
