This is a build I designed originally for farming vermin but can be used normally quite well. It uses a scythe and critical strikes to deal high damage to multiple foes while using enchantments to counter degen and heal.
Equipment
A scythe... Preferably a zealous scythe with an enchanting mod on it.
Any armour I guess, a decent amount of energy and/or health works well.

Usage
Cast the last 7 skills (unless you have Mystic Twister, then it's the last 6) and maintain them. You don't have to cast them all at once, you can cast some of them which aren't so important during the battle. Use Mystic Sweep and Mystic Twister (if you use it) to deal extra damage.
